This is provided by the standard high capacity lithium ion battery supplied with the radio. ARC 40-bit Encryption Guarantees Safe Communication The DP405 supports ARC 40-bit encryption, which provides a very high level of security with transmissions. The encryption will help prevent eavesdropping and keep radio calls private to the user. Digital Radio Enhanced Features The DP405 features Radio Check, Call Alert, Stun/Revive, Radio Kill and Remote Monitor. These enhanced features assist radio fleet management.
