Enough for 12 tacos. (3 Tbsp. filling each) In a large skillet, brown 1 pound ground turkey or ground beef until crumbly. Add Garden of Eatin" Taco Seasoning, 2/3 cup WATER. Blend well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered, 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Spoon taco filling into warmed Garden of Eatin" Taco Shells. Top with shredded lettuce, grated cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes and salsa or taco sauce. Tofu Tacos: Substitute for step 1 above: in a large skillet sauté 2 (14 oz.) containers of firm tofu, drained and cubed, in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for about 3 minutes. Cook as directed.
