Slide out aluminium cargo tray with heavy duty linear slides

This CJL-manufactured slide-out tray is the perfect solution for easy loading and access of e-bikes, bikes, storage boxes, luggage, dog crates, coolboxes etc. There are 5 sizes of tray available. Please see sizes below in the image gallery. The trays are pre assembled and supplied with all hardware to make the tray functional which includes: T-slot allowing fitment of bike mounts  –  this is unique to CJL and design right protected. Side lashing points for cargo boxes Stainless steel mounting brackets Detachable linear slide Height from floor to surface of tray is 24mm Lock out and latching mechanism allows the trays to be used without issue when parked on a slope.  Each slide-out tray is rated to easily carry a maximum load of 120kg. This product has been cleverly engineered to ensure any additional mount options purchased to use on the trays can be removed in seconds to offer infinite and rapid adjustment that is Design Right Protected. The trays are ready to accept the Rockymounts range of bike mounts – sold on this website along with various slide and angled plates. The trays come in several lengths (please see product description section below). Standard colour is powdercoated black. Bespoke tray colours are available at a premium – please contact us for a quote should you require a one-off colour or custom size. Please note that unlike the lightweight slide option, the trays are not deigned to be removed from the heavy duty slides once fitted.
